Ein3 and ethylene

About

The data here are taken from two publicly available studies from the Ecker lab: PRJNA186033 (involving an ein3 mutant) and PRJNA185404 (involving a time couse following ethylene treatment).

The scripts used to process the files and the resulting logs are here for reference. In particular, note the mapping of individual runs (i.e. SRR647665) to sample names (i.e. EinRep1) in the table mergedBams/SampleRuns.txt.
